Well....as I'm about to commence the final year of my degree I have begun to question where I want to go when I graduate. Like thousands of others I want to work in the publishing industry, or as a writer, but as I've mentioned, there are thousands of others who want the same thing. So... how do I make myself stand out, get used to writing on demand and increase my CV?
About six months ago I asked one of my tutors for tips on how to get ahead and she advised me to start a blog. She told me that she has a blog page and professionally it has helped her immensely, so here I am.
I am fully aware that this first blog is not particularly interesting or informative. But it is an introduction, a beginning and something on which I intend to build.
